ARC – Athlete Recovery is looking to hire an individual for the role of sales and after sales.
- Looking for people that have played sports/former athletes
- Should be able to understand the needs and problems of elite athletes and fitness enthusiasts
- Should understand how to work in a team, just like in sports.
- Sales would include both D2C and B2B.
- After sales would include engaging the customer with content related to the products bought
- Ensuring great service should the customer have any doubts or issues.
- Engaging old clients with new product launches
- Customer follow-ups
- Creating a B2B network and having in-depth knowledge about the product.
- Coordinating sales efforts with the marketing communication
- Ensuring 100% fulfillment of orders and seamless transactions
