About Sales Role:

The Sales Manager will lead B2B partner acquisition in their region and will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Their work will involve partner lead generation and prospect management along with garnering and meeting with potential partners. HUDLE partners are sports venues, educational institutes with sports facilities, sports clubs, and private sports facilities.

The Sales Manager will implement effective sales and growth strategies, build strong relationships, work on partner referrals, network, and web leads to create a healthy pipeline. They will also support prospective customers/clients with all services offered, business plans and projections as needed while working with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the partnership process. 

The candidate must have a track record of achieving targets, experience in managing people, industrious, first principal thinker, integral in approach, and highly coachable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential partners

● Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

● Building business relationships with current and potential partners

● Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences

● Maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective partner information.

● Onboarding Sports facilities on Hudle

Requirements & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and Hindi)

● Graduation in any specialization

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers

● Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client

● Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

● Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.

● Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
