Your roles and responsibilities will include the following:
- Oversee complete day-to-day running of the SGI-owned properties, namely Youth Football International football academy and Delhi Youth League.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with the schools which we are already engaged with.
- Drive Sales growth through identifying new centres and school programme in line with the growth strategy of the company.
- Establish a strategy to increase the participation of kids at the academy and the teams in the league.
- Plan and develop end-to-end marketing strategies and communication campaigns
- Establish and maintain relationships with Parents at the academy and teams playing in the league.
- Identify new sponsorship opportunities for the academy and the league.
- Play a key role in maintaining relationships with the existing sponsors and fulfill all the deliverables as promised to the sponsors.
- Oversee day-to-day running of the office and the staff.
- Liaise with the internal stakeholders in a timely and appropriate manner to ensure budget spending is in with the forecasts.
- Ensure financial records are kept and oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Liaise with the coaches and other staff and motivating them to ensure they are working on optimum level.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the sports industry.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work flexibly while working on weekends as well if required.
- Ability to manage coaching staff.
- Possess a high level of organisational skills.
- A genuine interest in sports with the desire to lead growth and further develop the brand.
